Job summary

Hirebolt is seeking a Senior Python / AI Engineer to design and deploy Python-based automations and agentic AI workflows for business processes.

The role emphasizes new automation development, with solutions on GCP and occasional migration of UiPath workflows to Python. You will work in a hybrid setup in Palo Alto, collaborating with clients and engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python engineering experience.
• Experience building LLM/agentic AI automations and orchestration workflows.
• Strong solution design and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Hands-on exposure to GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, App Engine, Cloud Storage, Compute Engine, or similar).
• Experience writing maintainable, well-tested Python code.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Python / AI Engineer to build and deploy Python-based, agentic AI automations for business processes.

The role is primarily focused on new automation development , from solution design through testing and deployment. Some solutions run on GCP, and occasionally you may convert existing RPA/UiPath workflows into Python-based agentic solutions.
