State of North Carolina's DHHS Information Technology Division seeks an Applications Systems Python Developer for a 12-month contract in Raleigh. You will design, develop, and support data pipelines, dashboards, and migrations using Python and Power BI.

Move data from legacy to modern platforms, ensure data quality, enable analytics and automation, and collaborate with business teams to translate reporting needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Python development and data pipelines.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills across databases.

Responsibilities

DHHS Information Technology Division (ITD) is seeking a skilled Application Systems Python Developer to design, develop, and support data pipelines, dashboards, integrations, and migration processes across enterprise systems within the Office of the NC Chief Medical Examiner. This role plays a key part in moving data between legacy and modern platforms, ensuring data quality, and enabling analytics and automation through Python and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
