Job summary

accel bi corporation is seeking a Senior Python Developer / Technical Specialist to design and maintain enterprise data pipelines, migrations, and BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Python experience.
• 7+ years SQL and relational database experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Ingres).
• 7+ years writing optimized SQL queries and analyzing performance.
• 7+ years designing and executing data-migration or data-conversion projects.
• 7+ years data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• 5+ years Power BI experience.
• 5+ years working with SOAP/REST APIs, backend architecture, and microservices.
• Experience developing or maintaining applications using the Zope application server.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based ETL pipelines, migration scripts, and automation workflows.
• Build and optimize data models, SQL queries, and database processes.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Integrate data from databases, APIs, cloud applications, on‑premises systems, and flat files.
• Validate and reconcile datasets while maintaining data quality and integrity.

We are seeking a senior-level developer to build and support enterprise data pipelines, Power BI dashboards, system integrations, automation workflows, and data-migration solutions.

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands‑on Python experience
• 7+ years of SQL and relational database experience, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Ingres
• 7+ years writing optimized SQL queries and analyzing existing queries for performance improvements
• 7+ years designing and executing data-migration or data-conversion projects
• 7+ years of experience with data governance, security, and compliance requirements
• 5+ years of Power BI experience
• 5+ years working with SOAP/REST APIs, backend architecture, and microservices

Highly desired:

• 5+ years of legacy-system migration experience
• 5+ years of large-scale migration or modernization experience
