Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ years of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) experience.
• Familiarity with Git or SVN and source control workflows.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

About the Role

Global Technology & Operations organization is seeking a Software Engineer to support the development and enhancement of a critical Transaction Reporting Regulatory Platform. This application supports multiple global regulatory jurisdictions and asset classes, including OTC Derivatives and Foreign Exchange (FX) products.

This is an opportunity to work on highly visible regulatory technology initiatives that directly support the firm's global trading and reporting obligations. Experience with CFTC, EMIR, or MiFID II transaction reporting is a strong plus but not required.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for regulatory reporting applications
• Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality, production-ready code
• Build reusable, efficient, and testable applications using modern software engineering practices
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, technical leads, and business stakeholders
• Create technical documentation including system designs, architecture diagrams, and development specifications
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployments
• Support and enhance existing applications while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in L3 production support and troubleshooting as needed

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
