Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily operational reports with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle confidential client information while maintaining data integrity and compliance standards.
• Provide professional phone support to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Deliver a service-first experience through all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members in both virtual and in-person settings to achieve operational goals.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, for reporting, communication, and documentation activities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
