Job summary

EAB is hiring a Product Experience Designer (PXD), Analyst/Senior Analyst, to transform product strategy into engaging interactive experiences. You will prototype with Figma, explore AI-assisted tools, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to communicate value to higher education institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX, HCI, information architecture, graphics, marketing, CS, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of professional experience in UX design, product design, prototyping, product marketing, demonstration design, or related disciplines.
• Experience building interactive prototypes using Figma or comparable prototyping platforms.
• Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail and an eye for polished user experiences.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, software platforms, and AI-assisted design tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating interactive prototypes, product experiences, UX work, or similar design projects.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity interactive prototypes communicating current product capabilities and future concepts.
• Create narrative-driven product demonstrations illustrating how EAB technology solves higher education challenges.
• Attend product planning sessions, roadmap reviews, design critiques, sprint reviews, and other ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering to ensure prototypes reflect functionality and design direction.
• Translate requirements and ideas into compelling visual experiences supporting discovery and commercialization.
• Build and maintain reusable prototype assets using the design system and modern prototyping platforms.
• Explore AI-powered design tools to improve speed and quality of product visualization.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to support launches, conversations, and events.
