Ford Motor Company seeks a Quality Engineer to investigate warranty and production quality concerns using claims, dealer feedback, plant data, and returns. You will classify claims with the Central Triage Team and drive interim and permanent corrective actions, owning issues through root-cause analysis and verified actions.

Responsibilities

Investigate quality concerns using warranty data, customer feedback, and plant data.
Review warranty claims daily and classify with Central Triage Team.
Drive containment actions and permanent corrective actions for quality issues.
Own customer-critical issues through resolution, root-cause analysis, and actions.
