Job summary

Westlake Global Compounds is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the PVCO team in Madison, Mississippi. This role is critical for developing expertise in PVCO manufacturing technologies to optimize processes and ensure product quality while supporting the startup and ramp-up of a new facility.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
