Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with GD&T and Fanuc robotics tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for assigned projects with safety, ergonomic, quality, and business objectives.
• Optimize equipment performance and tooling solutions for scalable production processes.
• Drive continuous improvement using standard tools and structured problem-solving to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources to deliver VPI launch deliverables on time with standardized process documentation.
