Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a division of Westlake, seeks a PVCO Production Shift Supervisor for our Wichita Falls, TX plant to lead night operations and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality PVCO pipe manufacturing.
You will supervise night shift personnel, drive performance, uphold safety and environmental standards, and partner with Maintenance and Engineering for improvements.

The PVCO Production Shift Supervisor at our plant in Wichita Falls, TX is responsible for leading daily production operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of PVCO pipe. This role provides direct supervision of night shift production personnel, drives operational performance, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in achieving production targets, minimizing waste, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and communication. The employee may be required to use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The position involves regular light lifting and occasional moderate lifting consistent with a manufacturing environment.
This position operates within a manufacturing plant environment. Employees may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures, elevated noise levels, and airborne particles. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
