Westlake Roofing and Stone is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to develop, configure, and optimize our manufacturing processes from inception through start-up. You will bridge engineering and plant operations, analyze production data, troubleshoot equipment, and lead process-improvement projects to deliver consistent, high-quality products.

You will work with cross-functional teams, define specifications, maintain BOMs in SAP, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a heavy

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field.
5 years of experience in manufacturing settings.

Mansioni

Safety leadership and maintaining a safe work environment according to policy.
Define, document, and maintain product and process specifications and BOMs in SAP.
Define project scope, timelines, and budgets; ensure successful start-up of initiatives.
Assess processes with measurements; support lab reporting on product/process issues.
Provide engineering leadership to plants and train teams on new standards; analyze material usage and root-cause variances.
