Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Stick and wire welding experience.
• Forklift experience with the ability to complete certification.
• Flexibility to work schedules based on business needs.
• Ability to be self-directed, motivated, and multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure production lines and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
• Demonstrate a consistent desire to learn and improve in maintenance responsibilities.
• Maintain guarding and safety equipment on production lines.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures when working on equipment, including isolating energy sources and applying the appropriate personal lock.
• Support and assist with preventive maintenance activities as needed.
• Assist with production line commissioning following maintenance or process events.
• Participate in plant projects as needed.
• Complete end-of-shift documentation and provide it to the appropriate lead.
• Operate in a manner that provides value to the team.
• Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision or management.
