Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar position, required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Completion of two-year Maintenance Certification course preferred.
• Forklift experience required or TT Forklift Certification program.
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate business needs.
• Self-directed, able to multi-task in fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude (test results above 80%).
• Knowledge of PLC Logic technology required (test results above 70%).
• Understanding of TimberTech plant support systems (blowers, chilled water, compressors).
• Certifications/licenses like Ohio HVAC/Refrigeration or Backflow/Standpipe are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure production lines run continuously.
• Maintain guarding and safety equipment on all lines.
• Perform lockout/tagout procedures on lines.
• Support preventive maintenance on shift as needed.
• Record daily tasks and completed work on white boards.
• Assist line commissioning after maintenance events.
• Support other plant projects as needed.
• Work with Rail, PVC or Wood Plant with minimal instruction.
