Wages span from $50k to $107k across levels, with union-like progression and travel as needed. The positions require a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Trainee: foundational safety and learning attitude; willing to obtain required training.
Level I: basic electrical knowledge and ability to read diagrams; able to work with supervision.
Level II: independent maintenance and travel as needed; journeyman-like responsibilities.
Level III: advanced electrical and mechanical maintenance, complex diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Trainee: follow safety procedures, shadow experienced technicians, maintain tools, operate service vehicle.
Level I: assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of PV systems; perform admin duties.
Level II: perform independent maintenance; travel as needed; complete PM tasks.
Level III: execute routine and emergency maintenance; supervise, document work orders; ensure safety.
