Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation in the United States is seeking a Pursuit Manager to lead the preparation, assembly, review and submittal of RFP responses. You will coordinate with sales, project directors, and project managers to shape strategy, schedule and win themes in complex proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of engineering, project execution or technical pursuit management experience.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements incl. background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, review and submittal of RFP responses in accordance with governance.
• Coordinate with sales manager, project director and project manager to set proposal strategy/schedule.
• Develop project execution plan and value proposition/win strategies.
• Ensure design and enabling teams provide deliverables per proposal schedule.
• Monitor pursuit team expenditures to align with budgets.
• Assist in negotiations and transition proposal information to execution team.
