Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Pursuit Leader to drive end-to-end bid management for our Industrial Manufacturing sector. You will engage clients, plan pursuits, assemble winning proposals, and coordinate with finance, legal, and the Arcadis Growth team to improve win rates.

The role requires a professional degree in Architecture or Engineering, and a minimum of 10 years managing pursuits in industrial manufacturing, with strong communication and time-management skills to meet tight

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years proven track‑record managing pursuits within an Industrial Manufacturing sector.
• Ability to influence others at all levels of business and build professional relationships.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize a busy schedule and workload.
• Understanding of commercial strategies (margin, profitability) and coordination with finance and legal.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client and subcontractor representatives to co-create opportunities and understand specific needs to drive successful win strategies.
• Plan, coordinate and manage pursuit activities within the sector to completion including, develop winning proposals, short list interviews and pursuit close out activities.
• Identify pursuit team and necessary resources ensuring we have the best team.
• Author, review and edit technical elements of proposals, developing content tailored to client requirements and aligned to win strategy.
• Develop messaging and materials for interviews and presentations.
• Develop and effectively manage commercial strategies for the pursuit.
• Maintain CRM and pursuit data within Oracle Sales Cloud and activate pursuit Collaboration Hub site.
