Job summary

GRC Global River Cruises invites an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee Front Office operations aboard our European ships. You will supervise guest services, ensure smooth check-in/out, manage cash handling, and coordinate concierge services to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will train and evaluate Front Office staff, maintain standards, and support the Hotel Manager in leadership rotations. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service, anticipating guest needs.
• Coordinate concierge services; report in Cruise Report.
• Own guest requests or complaints and escalate when needed.
• Oversee Front Office operations: check-in/out, billing, cashier, currency, bookings.
• Manage onboard money flow: cashier, deposits, compliance.
• Handle cruise and monthly closings, inventories, and financial reports.
• Control delivery notes for onboard supplies.
• Handle IT and payment equipment; report issues.
