Job summary

Thrivent Financial in Rochester, MN is seeking a Financial Advisor to build a local practice guiding Christians on financial clarity through purpose-based advice, investments and insurance. You’ll work with clients to develop personalized plans, schedule appointments, and grow a trusted, long-term relationship within your community.

Training is provided up to 14 weeks with licensing support; after onboarding you’ll earn commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith.
• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding.
