Job summary

Thrivent Financial advisor roles focus on helping clients build financial clarity guided by Christian values. You’ll connect clients with Thrivent programs, cultivate ongoing relationships, and run workshops to grow your practice while earning commissions and incentives.

New advisors receive up to 14 weeks of paid training to obtain state licenses and complete onboarding, with control over income after onboarding and a collaborative internal support structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check and license verification.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent programs.
• Develop long-term client relationships based on trust and service.
• Schedule client appointments via network and Thrivent’s reputation.
• Deliver financial workshops and market your practice.
• Maintain work-life balance with flexible scheduling.
