Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role) before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term client relationships based on trust and understanding.
• Schedule client appointments using your network and Thrivent’s reputation; conduct workshops and marketing.
• Maintain work-life balance with scheduling flexibility.
• Collaborate with specialists across the organization to support your business.
