Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support item and vendor setup for menu changes, LTOs, and new stores, while addressing delivery issues with stores and partners.

You will handle invoicing, reporting, and vendor data maintenance in collaboration with the CrunchTime team. The role requires 2+ years of experience, a preferred Bachelor’s or Associate degree, and strong cross-functional communication and organizational skills to ensure timely resolutions and

Qualifications

Two or more years of relevant experience in purchasing or related roles.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally with stores, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and customers.
Customer-first mentality to support store needs.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve delivery-related issues for stores, including shortages and late deliveries.
Complete recurring invoicing, reporting, and administrative tasks accurately and on schedule.
Partner with CrunchTime to maintain vendor bid and sourcing data.
Process DC and APN transitions with documentation and follow-up.
Prepare and distribute weekly fill-rate and operational reports.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager and vendors to meet fill-rate goals and sourcing challenges.
