Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders for assigned commodities in accordance with production schedules and inventory requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers on order status, delivery dates, and any supply issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support supplier data entry and maintenance in IFS ERP system.
• Assist in reviewing RFQ packages and gathering competitive quotes from approved suppliers.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including Planning, Engineering, and Receiving to resolve supply issues.
• Help identify alternate suppliers or components when lead times are at risk.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
