Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel is seeking a detail‑oriented purchasing/receiving professional to join our hospitality operations in Arizona. You will verify deliveries, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain accurate inventory records in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in purchasing/receiving or procurement, a Bachelor's or Associate degree, proficiency with MS Office and spreadsheets, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries by comparing purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists for accuracy.
• Sign for deliveries, unload shipments from trucks, and ensure items are handled safely.
• Process returns for incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory items and communicate issues promptly.
• Organize, label, and store received items in designated warehouse or storage areas.
• Update inventory systems with received goods and maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
• Communicate with vendors regarding delivery delays, discrepancies, or product issues.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations and operate equipment as needed.
• Use basic math, data entry, and inventory software skills to support efficient operations.
