Job summary

Pero Family Farms Food Company LLC in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Purchasing Manager to support inventory management and packaging/purchasing operations onsite. You will assist the Senior Purchasing Manager with PO entry into ERP for PPE, MRO and sanitation items, coordinate transfers, and optimize stock levels across facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrugate/packaging purchasing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and be entrepreneurial.

Responsibilities

• Manage corrugate inventory and ensure on-site/off-site warehouse delivery.
• Maintain detailed inventory and depletion schedules for production locations.
• Enter POs into ERP/Accounting for PPE, MRO and sanitation purchases.
• Create transfers of supplies between Delray and PA/MI facilities.
• Collaborate with Senior Purchasing Manager to adjust inventory levels as needed.
• Gather quotes and manage procurement from online vendors.
