Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking an energetic PM Production Assistant Supervisor to support the Production Supervisor in Delray Beach, FL. This full-time onsite role focuses on maintaining high-quality processing of fresh produce, coordinating schedules, and upholding HACCP and GMP standards to ensure product freshness and safety.

The role requires supervising on the floor, addressing issues promptly, and contributing to continuous improvement while aligning with company objectives for efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in fresh food or production environment.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must have a working knowledge of English language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations with Production Supervisor.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP and GMP requirements for food safety and quality.
• Monitor line productivity, minimize waste, optimize handling/packaging/shipping processes.
• Support staff on the floor and participate in safety and continuous improvement efforts.
