Job summary

Pero Family Farms seeks a Purchasing Manager in Delray Beach, FL. This full-time, onsite role reports to the Senior Purchasing Manager and oversees inventory management for non-perishable packaging and shipping supplies.

Key duties include managing PPE/MRO purchases, entering POs into ERP, and ensuring proper 3-way matching and documentation. Requires strong Excel, ERP proficiency, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• PC literate with MS Office proficiency.
• Packaging/purchasing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage corrugate inventory and supplier coordination.
• Enter POs into ERP for PPE, MRO, and sanitation.
• Produce inventory reports and schedules.
• Coordinate transfers between Delray, PA, and MI facilities.
• Ensure 3-way matches and proper documentation.
• Support PPE, MRO, and packaging purchasing.
