Job summary

NEOTech in Westborough, MA is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to lead the Purchasing team, align procurement with production schedules, and ensure material availability for on-time customer deliveries in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment.

You will supervise buyers, manage POs, monitor MRP, resolve shortages, coordinate with Planning, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality, and drive continuous improvements in purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day purchasing activities.
• Monitor MRP recommendations and ensure timely processing of action messages.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders within authority levels.
