Job summary

NEOTech in Westborough, MA is seeking a Buyer III to manage end-to-end sourcing for PCB, components, plastics and sheet metal, including negotiation and navigating MRP-driven requirements. You will mentor and support the development of buyers at levels I and II, while aligning with ISO standards and supplier relationships.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, lead-time reviews, and support for NPI initiatives, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork and compliant procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of assigned commodities (PCB, components, plastics, sheet metal) including sourcing and negotiation.
• Run and manage the MRP Action Report Form (MAR) in APEX; liaison for customer interface.
• Advise on PPV based on material availability to the program manager.
• Collaborate with supplier and program manager on material reduction/return opportunities.
• Resolve non-conforming material disposition.
• Report material status to the customer focus team for all related material.
