Job summary

NEOTech, a leading manufacturing technology and supply chain solutions provider, seeks a Materials Project Manager for our Westborough, MA site. The role focuses on identifying material risks, coordinating with the Customer Focus Team, and driving KPIs to meet project objectives.

You will develop delivery commitments, manage ECOs, analyze E&O, and maintain MRP data while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in contract electronics manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop delivery commitments via what-if analysis using data from MRP, supply base and quotes.
• Apply demand management to approved changes and customer supplied material.
• Review MRP reports to align material with delivery commitments and discuss solutions with CFT.
• Process ECOs for material changes and alternate parts as needed.
• Provide monthly Excess & Obsolete (E&O) analysis to the PM.
• Review Part Number Change Notices and escalate to PM or customer as required.
• Research material misalignments; coordinate with Component Engineer for alternates.
• Create material part numbers and update AMLs through Doc Control.
• Maintain Item Master and standard costs in the MRP system.
