Responsibilities

• Receive Dock Appointments.
• Process inbound/outbound paperwork and enter purchase orders.
• Price validation of supplier loads.
• Accurately file invoices and payments in online database.
• Handle supplier bill backs and approve supplier invoices for payment.
• Monitor inbound overseas shipment containers.
• Count and adjust inventory supplies.
• Correct and follow up on shipping and pricing errors.
