Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure quality fulfillment services.
• Maintain warehouse order to ensure pallet locations are kept available for incoming items.
• Perform cycle counts as scheduled or as requested by client.
• Perform physical inventory as scheduled or as requested by client.
• Monitor and coordinate Pick location replenishments.
• Handle client product in a manner that does not damage.
• Review and analyze daily inventory adjustments and changes.
• Assist with reports and analysis of inventory control results and activities.
• Run queries/reports to support inventory control analysis and reporting.
• Support or adapt existing applications (WMS, GEM, Collateral, Access, and Excel), tools and reporting as needed.
• Monitor slotting by velocity codes to ensure warehouses are set up accurately and effectively.
• Escalate with IT to resolve report and system problems.
• Perform projects, analysis and data extractions as assigned.
• Assist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Participate in process improvements by communicating inefficiencies and being involved in the solutions.
• Support and maintain corporate quality, health standards, processes, policies, practices and work instructions.
• Provide a safe working environment through adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Learn, promote, and adhere to a 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) work area.
