POSITION DETAILS
The City University of New York (CUNY) - Central Office seeks a Purchasing Coordinator for the Office of the Chief Procurement & Supplier Diversity Officer. CUNY is the nation?s leading urban public university serving more than 500,000 degree-seeking students. The University comprises of 26 institutions: eleven senior colleges, seven community colleges, the William E. Macaulay Honors College, the Graduate Center, the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism, the School of Labor and Urban Studies, the School of Law, the School of Professional Studies, Guttman Community College and the Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Procurement, the Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the procurement process for assigned specific accounts.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary range is $54,268 - $65,946 , and commensurate with qualifications, education and experience.
CUNY is in the process of implementing salary schedule increases. Once implemented, salaries of eligible employees will be adjusted by 6.09% with additional increases of 3.25% effective 9/1/2025 and 3.5% effective 9/1/26, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
