$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

The Role
If you’re intrigued by the world of recruiting and would like to try to find your way in, this could be your opportunity. RevolutionParts is looking for a Sourcing Specialist and Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. This extremely valuable human will have the opportunity to work with the recruiting team to build, develop, and execute talent acquisition plans for various roles across the organization.
- At this time, this is a CONTRACT role for 3 months to start, and as such, we will support a remote contractor. That said, regardless of your location, you will need to be available during PST business hours
There is a lot to do! The Sourcing Specialist and Recruiting Coordinator will gain experience with sourcing on job boards and on social media. You will think outside the box and leverage your experience and creativity to source the right candidates for our open roles. You will build your technical skill set by targeting companies, conferences, and open source communities to find talented potential Revolutionaries. You will save us valuable time by using our ATS (Lever) to schedule interviews. You will work cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and all your (really awesome) co-workers. You will get involved with every aspect of the People department at Revolution Parts. Most importantly, you will see the immediate impact that your efforts will have to help build an amazing company.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for roles in multiple departments, including engineering, customer success, and marketing
- You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to truly understand requirements of each role, its function, and how it fits into the organization
- You will find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
- You will work with the Recruiting team to schedule candidate calls and interviews
- You’re constantly thinking of new ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- You will represent RevolutionParts at various hiring and field recruitment events
- You will recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
- You will regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- You will provide input on forming RevolutionParts best practices for recruiting best practices (we love creative ideas!)
- You will assist with Culture Committee activities as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in people operations, customer service, hospitality, or retail
- Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- You have a sense of humor
- You understand the value of teamwork
- You have the ability to multitask and prioritize like a ninja

- You get extra points if you have full cycle recruiting experience across multiple tech and product disciplines
- Ability to interact and engage with all levels of the organization, including asking senior employees to move things on their calendars
- Willing and able to roll up your sleeves and support the team as needed - you are ready to go without a ton of prompting
Bonus points for one or more of the following:
- Previous experience in a sourcing or recruiting role (*this experience would be extra great)
- Experience working with and building talent sourcing strategies and screening resumes to match qualifications
