HII-Mission Technologies is looking for aSubcontracts Closeout Specialist to join the team! This can be a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Subcontract Closeout team in ensuring the timely and compliant closeout of subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and vendors to finalize documentation, resolve outstanding issues and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Gather and review required closeout documents, such as final invoices and release of claims.
  • Ensure all subcontract terms, conditions, and deliverables have been fulfilled in accordance with the agreement.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in HII MTC’s contract management systems and databases to track closeout progress.
  • Assist with Records Retention as needed.
  • Assist Closeout Manager with other closeout related duties as required.
What you need to have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 0 years experience.
  • Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work with consistently changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
