Responsibilities

• Place automated and manual orders daily via multiple channels.
• Maintain logs and files for PO data validation.
• Research pricing and product information to ensure PO accuracy.
• Communicate with departments, buyers, inventory staff, and suppliers about delays, price changes and back orders.
• Prepare purchase orders with terms for supplies, equipment and services.
