Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or bookkeeping roles.
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, invoice matching, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, price, and timely delivery.
• Monitor product deliveries, coordinate with vendors, and resolve claims or returns.
• Perform three-way matching for invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders.
