Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years minimum in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain support.
• Experience with ERP systems (Lawson, Oracle) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyers with daily purchasing tasks including creation, editing, and tracking of purchase orders.
• Review daily fill/kill reports and coordinate substitutions with departments and buyers.
• Support ERP web requisition navigation and vendor coordination for procurement data accuracy.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports to support procurement and inventory initiatives.
