Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient use of Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Resourceful and able to research problems and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders; ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Verify retail values and input in purchase orders.
• Verify product descriptions and update prices as needed.
• Process supplier invoices promptly with minimal past dues.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist with Print & Digital AD processes and PO tracking.
