A leading company in equipment procurement is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support purchasing operations. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Purchasing Assistant will assist with the purchase of equipment, tools, parts, supplies, or services necessary for the operation of the business.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1-2 years of purchasing experience preferred.
Shop supply knowledge and experience preferred.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to a moderate noise level.
