Position

Purchasing & Inventory Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $20-22/hr | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM (flex 7:30 start)

Join a small, fast-paced manufacturing team! We're seeking a hands-on Purchasing & Inventory Clerk who can keep operations running smoothly by managing purchasing, inventory, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders & maintain supplier info
• Negotiate pricing, track shipments & resolve delays
• Perform inventory counts & monitor stock levels
• Inspect incoming shipments & document discrepancies
• Enter receiving data into inventory system
• Collaborate with production, accounting, and quality teams

Requirements

• 5+ years purchasing experience (manufacturing a plus)
• Strong math/conversion skills (lbs oz, ft in)
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAGE/UPS/LTL a plus
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs & navigating stairs (2-story facility)
• Fast learner, adaptable, safety-conscious
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
