Arbor Homes is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our Cincinnati/Dayton team. You will support procurement initiatives across Purchasing and Production, ensuring vendor setup, contract compliance, and accurate pricing records.

You will collaborate with teams to drive metrics and streamline workflows. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver quality homes for buyers.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred.
• Residential Construction experience preferred.
• Experience with Sapphire and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trade Partner contract management and vendor setup package compliance.
• Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications.
• Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, training).
• Support daily division operations and category management.
• Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents.
• Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies.
• Cross train with other Nationalized Asset Teams to backfill workflow needs.
