Arbor Homes is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our Cincinnati/Dayton team. You will assist procurement initiatives across Purchasing and Production, focusing on contract management, pricing records, and data-driven decision making to support project delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical mindset, and growth within a dynamic homebuilding environment. Eligible benefits include health coverage, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Experience in Residential Construction preferred.
• Experience with Sapphire, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Excel and Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trade Partner contract management (vendor setup package compliance).
• Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications.
• Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, training).
• Support daily division operations and category management (RFI and change management).
• Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents.
• Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies.
• Cross train with other Nationalized Asset Teams to backfill workflow needs.
