You will develop referral partnerships, educate clients on loan options, and manage applications from pre-approval to closing, ensuring compliant, timely closings.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• 1+ year of mortgage origination experience (purchase-focused preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines.
• Excellent communication, sales, and client relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.
• Educate clients on loan products, terms, and the overall mortgage process.
• Take complete and accurate loan applications; manage files from pre-approval to closing.
• Review income, credit, and financial documents to ensure loan quality.
• Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to deliver an excellent borrower experience.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state lending regulations.
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals for purchase transactions.
