Primary-Residential-Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes closing more loans and maximizing earnings through a commission-based structure.

With in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams, you can move files quickly and keep real estate agents and builders sending you business. Ideal candidates are licensed Mortgage Loan Originators (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination, have established relationships with agents

Compensation: $60K–$180K per year. This is a commission-based sales role. For loan officers with verifiable production history, we offer draws, transitional compensation during your move, and sign-on bonuses.

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.
