Job summary

Primary Residential Branding (PRMI) is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to help originators close more loans. In-house processing, underwriting and closing teams move files quickly, supporting you to grow your business with real estate agents and builders.

We offer a commission-based compensation model with potential draws, move-related support, and sign-on bonuses. If you are licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with at least 1 year of retail origination, this is a strong fit

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with at least 1 year of retail origination.
• Established relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to develop them.
• Willingness to pursue purchase business and growth opportunities.
• Commission-based earnings with performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans by leveraging in-house processing, underwriting and closing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents and builders.
• Help clients purchase homes and grow purchase business.
• Meet production targets and provide excellent service.
