Job summary

Cornerstone Capital is seeking a Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer (Purchase & Refi) to drive purchase and refinance production in the Seattle market.

You will work with Realtors and referral partners, manage a robust pipeline, and deliver outstanding client experiences from initial contact to closing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of self-generated business, a current MLO license (NMLS) and the ability to scale production through a trusted network of professionals while adhering to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent mortgage loan origination experience with demonstrated production success.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s), or the ability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.
• Established track record of self-generated business and referral partner development.
• Strong Realtor, builder, or professional referral network.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a consistent loan pipeline.
• Strong understanding of purchase transactions with ability to originate refinance business as market conditions evolve.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
