Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase transactions in Arlington, TX.

This on-site, full-time role offers a compensation model of $60K–$180K per year, based on commissions, with draws, transition compensation during moves, and sign-on bonuses. The company provides in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to accelerate turn times and keep real estate agents and builders sending business.

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.
