Clarkston Community Schools is seeking a Pupil Accounting & Enrollment Manager to oversee pupil accounting, enrollment, and reporting for state aid compliance in line with MDE, state and federal guidelines.

This role ensures accurate student membership reporting for state aid, manages enrollment processes, supervises staff, and serves as the district's expert on Michigan pupil accounting requirements, including MSDS, EEM, GSRP, CRDC, MCIR, and Schools of Choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of Michigan pupil membership rules and count requirements.
• Experience in pupil accounting, student information systems, and state reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Synergy student information system experience preferred.
• Prior Michigan K–12 pupil accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee MSDS state reporting submission (Fall, Spring, End-of-Year).
• Maintain and update the Educational Entity Master (EEM).
• Coordinate GSRP state reporting and CRDC reporting.
• Manage MCIR reporting and 105/105c Schools of Choice processes.
• Monitor FTE calculations, membership blends and funding eligibility.
• Provide guidance to principals and staff on pupil accounting matters.
