Job Description

Sets up and operates production machines following established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. May require completion of an apprenticeship or formal training with 0-2 years of experience. Has knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, and works under supervision, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines.

• Operates notchers and single station presses
• Follows standard methods and instructions, maintains quality, and manages tolerances and setup sequences
• Performs quality checks
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader

Necessary Skills:

• Ability to read precision measuring instruments and engineering drawings

High School Diploma / GED required.
