#3 Press Operator

We are hiring a Press Operator for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a #3 Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art offset and digital web presses, providing operational management and technical support.

Hours of Work – Eagan, Minnesota

• 2nd shift – 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm
• Occasional overtime up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts

About the Role: In this role, you will:

• Assist the crew on the press, performing setup and production activities to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare for jobs by reading DSR and job specifications, staging materials
• Quality check products, complete transactions, and tag products
• Fill in for Lead and Mid-Level Operators as needed
• Monitor equipment and product quality, maintain work area, document activities in relevant systems
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and attend safety training

About You: You should have:

• A High School Diploma or higher; vocational/technical degree preferred
• Experience with industrial machinery, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Mechanical and technical skills, proficiency with measurement tools
• Understanding of electrical safety and safe work practices
• Ability to lift at least 5 lbs above shoulder, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Physical ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach, and kneel regularly
